How to Live a High Vibrational Life

I envision the best possible life for each and every one of you. That is my sincere desire, and I want to help you achieve it. One way we can do this together is to embrace a high vibrational or high frequency lifestyle.

Basically, a high frequency way of life is about acknowledging that everything around you is made of vibrational energy, and then taking steps to focus on the positive energy in your life, because every energy source impacts your health and how your cell function. Do you know what moves the energy within you?

Your emotions and the foods you eat. At the same time, your food choices also affect your emotions AND emotions are actually energy in motion.

It all works together in a grand circle of life and energy!
I realize this concept may sound a bit unusual to you, but I 
assure you…it’s entirely based on science!
You may not realize it, but every cell in your body vibrates at an extremely small frequency. When your cells are healthy and well nourished, they can produce the energy your body and mind need. The frequency of healthy cells is greater than that of unhealthy ones, so you want to make sure you support good energy vibes.

Low energy or low frequency emotions and low energy foods both cause you to disconnect from the positive or good in life. This disconnect then can cause dis-ease in the body.

Let me tell you how you can achieve those good vibrations! Believe me, I practice these steps and they really work. They allow me to connect with my body temple and embrace the sacredness of the world around me. When I do that, I can sense the oneness of my sacred feminine and the earth and literally vibrate with the wholeness.

You see, I remember a time in my life when I was experiencing high levels of anxiety, which lead me to feel even more anxiety. Not matter what I did, the outcome was always negative because that was all I could see or feel at the time. I was attracting more low frequency events, people, and situations, and therefore more and more negative things kept happening.

That’s because the brain loves to be right! The more anxiety and stress I allowed to take over my body and mind, the more I fell into a low frequency lifestyle, choosing negative foods, poor relationships, and low energy situations, which finally affected my physical, emotional, and spiritual health .
Our emotions, food choices, and environment all “talk” to our cells.
If you wake up every morning hating your job, your body, your financial situation, and where you live, you will continue to keep drawing negative energy to yourself. Low, negative energy reinforces your belief system, and you will sabotage yourself by creating more and more negative situations in your life and attracting more low energy people into your space. 

The good news is, you can change that energy to positive, high frequency!

How to achieve high frequency
How can you achieve high frequency? Incorporate these healthy habits.

Eat whole, fresh foods (organic when possible), and avoid processed foods. You want to choose foods that are in harmony with your body and that don’t cause stress. Foods that contain additives and that have been stripped of much of their nutritional value do not promote good energy! Instead, shop for fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts, and seeds that have not been tainted with pesticides. Locally grown organic produce is always a great choice!

An added benefit is that many high frequency fruits and vegetables are rich in fiber. This helps detox the body because fiber assists the removal of toxins from the body, and thus protect against cell damage.

I like to start each day with a vibrant smoothie, full of balanced micronutrients found in berries, avocado, chia seeds, dark leafy greens, almond milk, ginger, and many more delicious and nutritious ingredients.

We want to avoid low frequency foods, such as alcohol, sugar, coffee, and processed and modified foods, because they lack live nutrients and enzymes. You want to gift your body with foods that live and have high energy frequency!

Avoid environmental toxins. Although this may seem like an overwhelming task, there are some simple things you can do to make this possible. Here are a few of my favorites:

  • Keep air-cleaning plants in your home and office. Try Boston ferns, spider plants, snake plants, mums, rubber plants, and aloe vera, among others. These plants can help remove some harmful pollutants from the air as well as provide a calming effect
  • ​Use all-natural health and beauty products. Did you know that most commercial health and beauty products, such as shampoo, soap, hand lotions, toothpaste, eyeliner, lipstick, and eye shadow, among others, contain ingredients such as formaldehyde, petroleum, benzene, toluene, and phthalates that can alter your hormone levels and do other harm your health? Select products that are made with all-natural ingredients to avoid exposure to these harmful ingredients.
  • ​Use natural ingredients for cleaning. The shelves are stocked with scores of household cleaning products that are full of potentially damaging chemicals. Instead, use natural cleaning items, such as baking soda, vinegar, salt, lemon juice, and castile soap.
  • ​Avoid dry cleaning your clothes. The majority of dry cleaners used perchloroethylene (PERC), which has been classified as a likely carcinogen by the Environmental Protection Agency. Short-term high-level exposure can cause kidney dysfunction, behavioral changes, dizziness, headache, unconsciousness, and respiratory irritation.
Experience nature. The earth emits vibrational energy, and you can absorb it not only from the natural elements around you—trees, flowers, rocks, water, clouds—but from the earth itself. You can absorb energy from the earth by grounding, which is also known as earthing, if you go barefoot on the grass, beach, lawn, or other surfaces. Grounding is said to help your body reset the nervous system, which in turn helps you relax and relieves tension.
If you can’t get outside to experience grounding, there are 
earthing devices you can purchase to take the place of the “real” thing.
Honor your feelings. If you want to live a balanced life, you need to take care of your mind as well as your body. Honor your feelings and emotions, because they are part of who you are. If you experience fear, grief, jealousy, hatred, or anger, these are low frequency emotions. Love, hope, and joy, however, have a high frequency, and these are the feelings you should strive to achieve and maintain.

I find that it’s helpful to acknowledge my emotions and address them face to face. For example, if I am angry, I recognize it and put it outside of myself on a shelf so I can look at it and not allow it to consume me or control me. You do not have to let negative emotions have power over you or lower your frequency.

Another way to raise your energy frequency is to use positive self-talk. Start your day by repeating positive affirmations to yourself in the mirror. Look into your eyes and say “I am strong. I am a sacred vessel. My body is a sacred temple. I am in touch with the Divine Feminine,” or similar affirmations.

Practice gratitude. Expressing thankfulness and gratitude nourish your body, mind, and spirit. When you take the time to look for and acknowledge the goodness in your life and think positive thoughts, that energy permeates your entire being with good, healthy energy frequencies. Consider keeping a gratitude journal.

Move out of stress. We all know that stress is a part of life, and some stress can be helpful and productive. However, experiencing lots of stressful feelings and thoughts and then not channeling them can result in physical, emotional, and spiritual distress and low vibrations. Practice ways to channel your stress every day. Some examples include deep breathing exercises, tai chi, yoga, moderate exercise, meditation, walking your dogs, and dance.
Living a high frequency lifestyle can be a healing experience, 
and it is the lifestyle you deserve.
Making the switch to a high energy way of living is easy if you just remember this: whenever you are faced with a decision on what to eat, what to buy, or how to channel your energy and thoughts, always choose the natural option that will best nourish you and your sacred Feminine self.
